Marinated steak (chimichurri style), with fresh avocado mango salsa, roasted corn, and cilantro rice topped with Colby jack. Wife knocked it out of the park, I only cooked the steak. Could've ate a few plates!

I tried this today... it sucked.

It tasted like a bottle of soda sitting out all day with its cap missing.. .completely flat. Just super sugary syrup.

Not quite sure… I need to use up leftovers. It’s either chicken parm or broccoli rabe and provolone sausage links. Beet salad, fresh mozzarella and hot peppers are the sides. Decisions, decisions…..
