theyre basically points against you if you say something bad enough that a mod has to warn you.. ive gotten like 6 in the past two days because I was being "off-topic".

but what if you go OFF TOPIC in the off topic forums ? can they do something about that ? only rule i know is that "post NSFW" if there are porn links or pics inside.
