PoolBoy and anyone picking up a new vehicle with the ipod option. Make sure you get the adapter cable. It is included with the option. It is the one with a USB and mini-plug on one end and the jack for the ipod on the other. I have to go back and get mine today. Have fun!

You guys realize that you can call the trucking company's dispatch #, give them your VIN, and they will tell you where they are and when they will drop off the car. Last time I called my dealer and told him my car was there, he had no idea.

Thanks for the tip. I don't have the nav system, so I am hoping the iPod/USB option I ordered will still be worth the money (??)

I made sure to pick mine up before I left for Germany. Also, I guess there are two version out there, the new one will charge your iphone, the older won't.

Being able to change tracks from the steering wheel is pretty cool in my opinion. I have NAV, so I can see my track listing on the screen, I think you can too, but its gonna be on the LED thingy, still nice!

I broke down and called the trucking company ... they said my car would be loaded today or tomorrow for the drive to Spokane. It's about a 1200 mile drive ... so I might not be the last one to get their car.

Too bad you couldn't just pick it up and drive 1200 miles...then it would be fully broken in when you get home

I do wonder about the "dealer prep" they do before they give me the car in Spokane.

I just called the trucking company. My car is got loaded onto the truck at 1:30 this afternoon. I might be able to get it tomorrow as my CA told me that if the driver lives in the NW he will hurry up here. If he lives in CA then I will get it Monday night. I can't wait.

BTW I would like to make the meet but that weekend is bad... +/- one week would work out great though.
