I've never been able to get a loaner out of Stevens Creek. They always tell me there's a 3-week wait, but I never bother with that.

yea, I love it

I love it so much that when my warranty expires i'm gonna buy a brand new BMW again so I can enjoy the beauty of a warranty all over again

I should take mine in. I think my driver's door speaker cuts in and out. Sometimes the sound shifts from normal to right biased. o__O

one of my customers went to Stevens Creek and they messed up one of his wheels and didn't even tell him O_o

They scratched up my clearcoat! Twice!
The first time was because I decided to go ahead and let them do their complimentary car wash when my car was in for a transmission problem. The second was when I came back again for the same thing and they didn't honor my request not to wash it.

They did a lot of stuff as a courtesy, though, and they haven't screwed up since then. :/

so we're getting it repaired for him now
