Tonight was Panko crusted baked cod, mashed taters, and corn. But the crowning jewel was the Cain's Tartar Sauce my brother brought out with him from VA. I grew up on Cain's condiments and I miss them something awful. The thing that ticks me off is Cain's is owned by a company in IL, just up the road. But they won't sell it here.

Filling: wild rice, corn, black beans, onions, pine nuts, arugula, marinara, breadcrumbs, garlic, ricotta and egg.

MickeyDs took salads off their menu here during lockdown. They were actually pretty good and great for me when the girls in the office went there for lunch. No mas. No more salads 2+ years later.
