on apple site in the fine print it says that early upgrade price is 399 for 16gig if you are eligible for early upgrade. Can someone confirm this.

you should be able to get at least $200 for a 3g 8gb. this one just sold on ebay for $230.

once the crowd dies down a bit after the release, i plan sell mine and get the iphone 4.

i'm t hinkign of trying to sell mine before the release date since i'm sure most people are holding onto theirs till they get new iphone so the market value may decrease on ours. i do have an old blackberry curve i can use in the mean time. hopefully i can find the charger

going to sell my 3G 8GB soon... just need to clean it up a bit first... maybe tonight or something...

i was thinking about doing the same -- selling my 3g 8gb. but from what i was told @ apple, if you return your old phone when renewing your contract and upgrading to a 4 you, get a discount on the upgrade.. wondering if that'd be easier to do than to just sell it myself before?
