There may be an easier solution to your problem Daya. I was sent two passenger side skirts!
PM me with your location, and hopefully we can meet up. Thankfully we're in the same city! |

I just installed REV3 skirts last night and they are mint. Fit is much then REV2 which wasnt not even bad and the clip holder locations are perfect now so no modifications needed. If you people are having problems installing these you should not try to do any modifications to your car yourself PERIOD. Good of you guys to keep working to put out a better product.

My latest to MFD with these "OEM fitment" side skirts -
Frank, Finally got my car back after 3 days and a cost of over $149.00 from my BMW dealership body shop. They got the side skirts on the car but even with modifying them, they bulge out in places and are not staying attached because they are not the correct size. Since my old skirts had been damaged, reason why I was buying these from your company to start with, I told the body shop to leave them on my car for now. They didn't take any measurements for me but stated that the actual pieces are not the correct size for straight on OEM fitment/replacement of the stock skirts. Also they found some hairline cracks starting in the material of the rear portion of the right side skirt that they said could get worse and crack completely from the stress of the parts not fitting correctly. I bought these skirts in good faith and paid up front, while waiting over 4 months for them. These are professional BMW body shop people telling me these parts are not the proper fitment for OEM replacement so at this point I need your company to either send a pair of skirts that can be placed on to my car with proper OEM fitment, as stated in your guarantee or I want my money refunded. I am emailing you some pic's.

Yep 335i,
If MFD can not make it right with a proper fitting pair of side skirts I will go with OEM M3 skirts and let my body shop modify and install them.

MForce has my driver's side skirt because I returned it, and they are working to get it fixed. But you are right about the cracks. My shop had to patch both of them due to cracking. Give MForce a chance to get it fixed for you. Although it's been close to a month since I returned mine, I am still hopeful that they will get it right for me.

My skirts arrived thanks to Kev, but are cracked inside where the door is....I am praying they fit....
Paint match looks to be good, but I have to admit the quality of the skirts seems to be sub par... |

Frank from MFD gave me a phone call and after reviewing the pictures I sent they are sending me a whole new set of M3 style sideskirts. They agreed that the fit was not correct and want to replace the old ones because of the hairline cracking happening on the passenger side, as well. They are going to try and have them out to me within about a week. A buddy of mine has looked at the original skirts and the new ones and he will put these replacement ones on for me when they get here so I am not out anymore money with the BMW body shop. Fingers crossed!!!
You guys were right about Frank being very customer oriented and wanting to help. I will update l8tr.
