OK well not sure if you guys have been following the Turbo Mods forum today, but Jim C has actually showed up and supposedly his Shark Edit will be out after Bimmerfest, which I believe is May 9th. I was wondering if anyone else around here would want to potentially get involved with any local tuning houses and screw around with it, and then see how we do from there. I know if we end up doing anything on our own, we'd end up needing a means to deliver the tune IE BT, SI, etc... And a 50+ amp charger, which would run $500+
In any case, I might think of doing this regardless, but I think this is a pretty big deal, considering how long everyone's been waiting, and considering exactly what type of personalization it gives oneself over his/her own tune. Link to the thread is here I was thinking I was going Procede V3 RII, actually I was going to do the DCI/V3/exh combo I saw on the website, but I've used Jim C stuff on the cars I've had in the past, and I'm thinking this could be pretty cool, especially if others may be interested in dabbling in this sort of item. See a whole post, and I didn't say shit about sports or school.... |
