nothing at all. that happened to me once. i walked over the wallet, the guy behind me must have felt it was his lucky day.

I would think about checking the ID in the wallet and return it to the guy if that was his, then i'd be like...wait what if he says he has things missing and accuses me of it? So i'd probably kick it over and let someone else discover it
