Right now I'm leaning towards the MTEC 4350's for the DRL's and Yellow 2500 for the fogs.... but still on the fence.

ill throw some pics up tonight. i recently changed the fogs from mtech 4350's to the luminics 2500 jdm yellow. i love the 2500 yellows for fogs as they not only look better but seem to have better output/lighting compared to the 4k bulbs. i was going to post pics earlier but the 1st batch came out awful and not to say, i have no camera skills lol..

i am currently using the mtech 4350 for drl's but am curious how they would look for drl's as well. i will prolly try em out anyhow since there so cheap..

I'm ordering my 2500's for the fogs immediately!!!

now the DRL's...

since you have them and can see them in person (also on a white car), what do you think about the 2500's in the DRL spot???

If you do throw them in, please at least post what you think, if not pics

i love the 2500k in the fogs and will post some pics of them in drl's as well once they arrive. after quite a few different colors and vendors, i am definitley set on the luminics.

fogs are really easy to swap out, for the drl..

i think it took me 30+ mins the first time i swapped the drl or better yet, actually got them out lol. that retarded plastic clip/retainer can be a pita.. keep in mind, i do remove the wheel when i swap these as i couldn't imagine trying to get the drl bulb out with the wheel on.

I actually had to remove the entire light to fish out that damn H7 bulb..... thank god I was switching to Euros or else it would be a real PITA just for that bulb.

hmm.. it may be possible accessing the drl bulb with the wheel on but personally i couldn't see how unless you have some super long arms. however, the fogs are really easy to access and i am sure you can swap those w/o removing the wheel or liner (remove the bottom screws and pull away liner to get access).

i will snap some pictures when i swap out the drl's so you get a better idea. i believe there are some pics as well in the dyi. either way you do it, good luck!

heh.. i almost went that route fumbling around the 1st time removing the drl's. i question "german engineering" everytime i go to swap those bulbs..

Maybe I'll just leave them off and not do anything, and put the 2500's in the fogs and be done....

problem is, I think they will look good or at least different, having the 2500's in the drl's... I don't see that very often like the super whites that a lot of people have in their drl's, whether it be bmw or something else.

anyways....
I'm going to order the fogs today and take a close look at how tough it is to remove the drl's lol. I'm very un-mechanical and while I can get simple things done, when they get tougher, I get lazy lol....

I ordered yellow fogs and drl's....

but maybe I should get a set of 4350's or better yet, 6000's for the drls since it is such a job to replace, too much work for trial and error with different bulbs lol.
