What is the difference btwn CSL's and the V715's. A polished lip?

i'm debating on whether to get gunmetal or matte black for my alpine white 335i especially bc i have everything blacked out now except the chrome window trim. no rim and tire packages? will my e90 need spacers? and will 19s look better than 18s on it?
