Hi Stephen,

Are you on Rennlist, I think you are and if not, I think you should. There are many local members who would love to have you on board and who knows, you might develop a private clientele enough to put a big grin on your face. I know I would If you were closer to KY.
Nice shop though

I want to do LED lights also but paint the ceiling black and then arrange the LED lights in a pattern.

I have seen the side mounted garage door re-tractors so it frees up the center but so far hasn't been an issue for me since a it's only Porsche's and BMW's.

They are asking too much for 800-900sqft, it should be no more than 2500.. since you have a full blown workshop def if you decide to go epoxy route dont get it with thechips as if anything falls on the floor (nut/bolt) its 10X harder to find it.

Why do you have German plates when you live in the USA?

I bet you don't spend a lot of time out there.

As much time as I can. Planning on stripping my 996 down and doing a LS swap, not sure if I want to do a LS9 and a Twin Turbo LS3.

I built one of the only 3.4 Turbos in the country. Naturally aspirated engine, pulled and stripped it, sleeved block, APR studs, massages heads, stock pistons and crank, new bearings, 64mm single turbo, 640cc injectors, 40mm wastegate, turbosmart boost controller, top mounted inner cooler, water/methanal injection, Softronic tuned my ECU. Low boost makes 430hp AWD to the wheels and on high boost 520hp AWD to the wheels. But car is very temperamental and living at 5,000 ft sometimes it runs great with low 11 sec runs but other times runs like shit. In my opinion a LS is more reliable horsepower and I want to build the car to be a budget hyper car, I want 700-1000hp, massive wheels and rubber, huge flares.
