Assuming a 58% residual (not sure exactly what it is for your car) base payment should be about $610 per month + tax.

I just heard on the other bmw board that the holiday credit is only good till 3/4/11 (1/3 +60 days lock). If my ordered car get to the dealership after 3/4, I will not get the low interest rate and $1,500 credit. Is that true?

Depends on what state you are ordering from.
New York has 60 day lock, California has 90 day. Ask your dealership

I ordered my car a month ago. I am signing today. My car will not arrive at the dealer for another 1-2 weeks. I am getting the pull ahead program and $1,500 holiday cash. Double check with your dealer.

Confirm $0 down. Walked into dealership and walked out with vehicle leaving nothing behind but 1st month's payment ($709.03).
Felt like I got a good deal, but wasn't sure what others were seeing with regards to fees. Seems like MACO/Training fees are different in different areas of the country. Also, title/doc fees may be a little higher than typical ($496.50 total). Overall though, I got the vehicle I wanted, at a price I can live with. Guess that's all anyone can ask for... |

Jalal28,
Your configured car MSRP is more than mine. Mine was $55,775. Net Cap reduction is $49,995. Monthly payment is $714 (including 9.6% sales tax) on a three years lease with 15k/year. I don't have any of the other costs yet because I have to wait for my car on order for 8-10 weeks. I'm jealous you got to drive off the lot with you car. What color combo did you go with? |

Sounds like you're getting a very good deal as well. Although your MSRP is slightly below mine, you're also paying more in sales tax, so proprotionally, we're probably right around the same deal, once you factor in fees, etc. Food for thought, to maximize savings DO NOT MAKE ANY CAP COST REDUCTIONS (i.e. down payments). Allow dealership to roll any fees (acquisition, taxes, maco/training, etc) into adjusted cap cost. Then take whatever cash you were going to apply upfront on fees and apply as a MSD deposit instead. Because you get that MSD cash back at the end of the lease, financing the deal this way, always results in less cash out of pocket over the term of the lease. The only reason I didn't do this on my own deal is because there's a very good chance I'll be moving out of country in a year and I didn't want to pay all this MSD cash upfront and then be forced to haggle over that MSD cash with whoever might assume my lease at that time. 335d Lease Deal
I am negotiating a lease on a 335d, prem, sport, winter, nav, iPod, Harmon stereo, msrp is $55,500. Money factor is .00125 this month and 53% residual on a 36 month 15k lease. 7 msd brings the mf to .00076. Cap cost is $48,510.00. 0 down (excluding 7 security deposits) equals a payment of $620/month plus tax of 8.5% for total of $677/month.
I will owe first payment, tags, etc at signing. The dealer also claims there is a $795 app fee with BMWFS. Any comments on is lease deal?

If you're doing 25k down, its better to finance at their 1.9% or whatever teaser rate, and use that as down payment. If the car gets lost or wrecked, insurance will pay you back. If you have that kind of cash and want to lease for tax purposes, move some of the 25k into their multiple security deposit program (to lower the money factor) then put the rest into a 3 yr interest bearing CD account. Or go one step further, buy some gold bullion or invest in RMB... almost guaranteed returns hahaha. |
