New v5 maps (12-17) for the DCT (and other transmissions of course) are now available for download here:
http://www.procedetuning.com/BMW/n54...v5%2012-17.zip

This should solve the light throttle hesitation/jerkiness issue that the old maps caused on DCT cars. If you have any questions/comments/issues, please email me directly at shiv@vishnutuning.com as I won't be on this forum very often for the next 7-10 days. But I will be checking email via phone while I'm doing all the holiday festivity stuff.

Changes to the 6MT and 6AT maps are minimal. No need to update to them if you are happy with what you currently have.

Cheers,
Shiv

So these v5 maps are for the 335is and Z4 DCT...where are the v5 DCT maps for the N55? (135i)

Is this with or without meth? Either way that does seem a bit low. 436 at 16psi on 93 is sick. Any dyno for that? What were the mods?

With a close to 300whp baseline and meth it's possible...There's 2 dynos local to me, on one my baseline is around 252whp, on another its 282whp...Matt you should now how much these numbers are worth without a baseline (i.e. nothing)

Mike, in that case, why don't you post your 450whp dyno chart with a baseline as well? It'd be good to see how it compares

...to an extent but that's usually not the case if dynos are at close to sea level...what's much more important is baseline...dynojets can vary by even 30whp in certain cases...we should see if these DynoJets that Mike@AWD or Matt@Camber-Toe used are low/avg/high reading in the first place...dynos without baselines mean f*all

I made the mistake of not baselining the car.. I had not planned to pull the turbos until tuesday and my tech had the car apart on monday not knowing we needed to baseline.. This is not the LAST set of turbos well sell and ill make sure to baseline the next car 1st..

Ill start a new thread. i dont want to merge a completely different subject into this thread..

The correction on the dyno was 1% = ~4.5hp.. it was 82 degrees in the dyno room..

Without baseline (i.e. properly documented results) it might be the LAST set you sold i'm kidding but seriously that's a fairly significant oversight ... 450whp on a somewhat high reading DynoJet (say baseline of 290-300whp) doesn't sound promising at all with 20psi and race gas...what were other mods ont the car for 450 other than turbos? anything?

FWIW, my car, 262whp baseline, made 402whp on 17.5psi, pump 94 and 50/50 meth (full boltons)...raising boost past 17.5psi didn't help power that day and the car definitely didn't hold 402whp to redline...think it needed MS109 for an added 20-30whp with 20psi

New thread.. I will sell another set and baseline the car.. regardless of missing the baseline on this one you can see the turbos hold boost on top unlike stock so they DO WORK.. Ill have more data.. lets not KILL ME when all i am trying to do is help show are preliminary results.. Sit tight nobody is forcing anyone to buy these without the data you want to see.. I did this 1st set on my own dollar.. customer didnt pay anything for install or tune..

nope. No meth. That was Dans car with a Procede, EPL turbos and full bolt ons. 16.7psi it made 399whp on a mustang dyno, using the most conservative correction for a dynojet it makes like 436ish.

we tried it with autotune off and set boost to 18psi and it actually made less.
