ok, so i found a UPS Infonotice today in the front lawn from febuary 26th saying that they tried to deliver a package to my home, but they kept it, and i called the 1800 number and they say they do not have any information on that shipment. could these have been my springs???

Thats funny, they told me they only had 1 in stock when I ordered mine a week or so ago so I thought I was getting the last one. hmmmm.....

Okay, I just double checked my PM from carlos discussing the part. It says he has just 2 left, so maybe you got the last one as I ordered about a week and a half ago. But I ordered over the phone and I thought that's what the guy said, but could be mistaken.

My only concern is there lack of communication over the past week to all the questions.

fyi... when you see the status "Billing Information Received", it usually means the shipment info has been entered into ups, but the actual package has not yet been picked up by ups yet (for whatever reason that may be).

hope you guys get your orders resolved!

After leaving a VoiceMail message at Trendix (b/c nobody answered today @ 1:50PM EST), I have contacted AMEX to dispute the $325.00 charge for a painted spoiler I never received!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

I have also sent a PM to Jason, the E90Post.com Admin, requesting that Trendix, Inc. be REMOVED as a Sponsor for this site as they have proven to be unreliable with money taken from customers for products not received.

well, after several PM to Trendix regarding to my springs he has not reply my PM nor explaint on the thread of what happen to our order. I will wait couples more days if still no repy then i will lodge in a paypal resolution dispute and report to the Admin abt this situation.

Well he was definitely alive after a bunch of people started posting their problems....

I'm sure the Administrator could do something about this. Perhaps consider Trendix whether still suitable to become a Sponsor Vendor after all this problem.....
