Also, I wonder if it is running TOO much boost. 19PSI?? I can't even imagine running that much boost. I think 15psi average with 17psi peaks are about what I seem to run best at on the my JB4. Do you run 18 on shift peaks? Or sustained ?
You only run 15psi with meth?

Am I the only one that seems to think this isn't legit? I just don't understand how you are walking those cars that hard with FBO, tune, and meth. My eyes see it but my mind refuses to believe it lol. If it is legit, nice kills indeed.

These events are legit. This kind of thing is much more telling than Internet bench racing

Yes, 15psi average. 17psi on the peaks, and tapering down to around 13-14psi at higher rpms. 19psi just seems like it might be too much boost! Here is the actual boost log from my 3.3 sec 0-60 (11.4 at 129mph run this morning)..

Looks good, did you input boost manually or is that a map? If its manual could you PM me your settings at some point?

+1000.
That's one of the reasons that I've never dyno'ed my car.
It's what happens on the road, IRL, that matters for me...

18 psi is the peak number.

Can someone please explain exactly what sustained boost really is...?
For me it sounds very subtile...
If you'll ask 100 different people, you will probably get 100 different answers.

Anything that doesn't look like a spike on a log, and has a more or less rounded curve leading to that value. Anything that doesn't look like an accidental value but looks like the tune wanted it to be there.

Yes, nice runs indeed.

That ESS E46 M3 look like it maintained the gap, if not closed it a little bit. Looks like they are pretty evenly matched.

Yes, the race was very even. The driver of the M3 complained over his weak torque and said that's the reason why he loosed some distance at the start.

Thanks Mikael!

The clutch was holding 100% during the whole day, so I'm very surpriced!

The way Tom driving I´ld be affraid to turn up too just teasing
When I first saw his post I just scrolled down all the videos to see the one against you!

Nice driving Tom
And +1 on the dic maps in the lower rpm they don´t run as high boost there as the previous maps, think it maby has to do with the autotuning beeing inabled

Just on a side note how is your oiltemp holding up during all these runs? (I assume you only have the stock oilcooler)

My oil temps was very stable. Around 110 degree celsius at the end of the runs.
I'm still having the stock oil cooler.
