Twin turbo's are just that good. Not to mention the 911 has them too.
Guess who owns one of those?

How much time would it take to remove the system and put car back to stock?

Yep... completely removal isn't much more than swapping chargepipes, unbolting two brackets and unplugging an electrical harness. I'd say removing the PWM meth kit, charge pipe and Procede (all together) would take someone who has done it before less than 30min. If you give yourself an hour for the first time, you'll be good.

Question: For those running FBO (no meth/race gas) what is your best dyno.
Mine was 373hp/407tq (using stock dv) and 366hp/393tq (AA bov).

Looks fantastic. I heard from Robert today about the retro fit kit for people who have your original meth kit. I hope that is one of the options you put on the order link?

Fueling solution still going forward? Upgraded turbos going in the shop car now?

I'm picking up my upgraded turbos next week at Bimmerfest So that will certainly push our big turbo testing into high gear. Fuel system is still in the works. But we've decided to go forward with the PWM kit first for a few reasons. The retrofit kit should come after we get caught up with preorders (late May).

need retrofit kit now. I'm sure there are a quite a few of us previous version kit owners that have not been able to run meth since our labonte failsafes keep going bad. Unfortunately Labonte has been awful at addressing this issue.

Shiv,

Just wondering what clutch and flywheel do you have in your car? You getting a set of RBs or some other turbos?

A.

Shiv, let's work on the price of this kit. Do we even have special introductory price?

I'm curious just to how different our 2 kits are from each other. We use basically all the same PWM components and constant pressure valve, is it just mine is being controlled by a seperate controller vs. your's is being controlled by the PROcede? I'm tapped into the IDC wires (orange and white) in the ECU, is this were the PROcede is getting the signals from?

Here is the price list for the Aquamist hardware bits:

http://www.aquamist.co.uk/sl/plist/frm-4-USD.html

Just add the price of 2 nozzles ($42), one pump ($210), one relay ($15), one fast acting valve ($100), a flow sensor ($145), and some additional $100 of hoses/fittings/cables stuff, plus the tank about $30 at least, plus the Vishnu profit and you you obtain around $700 or even more. It will not be cheap.

Just a speculation, of course

That's basically correct. We aren't using any Aquamist electronics. Or even the complete flow sensor (only the internal tube with hall effect turbine). All of it was a bit redundant since the Procede can control the solenoid and process the raw flow meter signal itself. So being able to integrate the tune itself with the meth system allowed us to reference meth DC off of what we found to work the best in our testing for our mapping. And this turned out to be a meth DC map based on a hybrid fuel consumption/engine VE table. The standard Aquamist electronics work very well themselves and IDC reference should work better than the min/max boost settings found in standard variable pressure meth systems. But in our integrated application, we had complete freedom to do what we wanted to and ended up with something that works quite well. And we use two 1.00mm nozzles which gives us plenty of headroom as well.

To answer your question about the signal inputs and where the Procede gets them from:

1) Boost-- 0-5v input
2) Fuel consumption-- CANbus
3) Actual Throttle-- CANbus
4) IAT-- CANbus
5) Knock Retard--- CANbus
6) RPM-- digital input
7) Roadspeed-- CANbus

Thanks Calvin! I'm getting another nozzle drilled into my CP once my Rob Becks get installed. Now, looking forward to your new fuel system so I can make full use of all my goodies

Your meth kit looks great btw!

If you email Sales@vishnutuning.com they can put you on their list. Pretty sure the first batch is already spoken for. You gotta pay up front though.
