I FOUND US A PLACE!!

I spoke to Sam at Technik (They did the sick ALPINE WHITE COUPE WIDEBODY CONVERSION!!!) They are located in Marina Del Rey, it seems about halfway between O.C. and SFV. Anyway, for 6 people to use their dyno for a day it will cost

$140 PER PERSON for 3 runs PRE chip and 3 runs POST chip
There is NO hourly fee.

This beats $275 that some other places charge, plus we get to see that sick widebody coupe in person.

What do you guys think??

Here's the list so far.

1. Jthurs
2. kujo
3. SfValley335i
4. SoCal335i
5. Muvaside
6. Luderule

Technik is a great shop.
They did most of the work on my e46ZHP.

I'm still deciding about this, personally.
I may do CO's and BBK, for minor track use instead.

Location is fine with me its about 20mins from SFV. Price doesn't seem too much.

The main factor is the MAP switching capability.

I would also be down. Ordered last week. Don't want to delay the process, but would be cool for dyno and install.

$140 for 6 runs and PROcede install??

Now that's a GREAT price. I alrready have my PROcede installed but I'd like to know what they'd charge me to upload the new version 1.4 software.
Harman quoted me $100 just to upload the new software and an additional $150 for 1 hour of dyno time to do before and after v1.4 dyno runs to see what exactly the v1.4 does.

Put me on the list

OP- Count me in...I ordered mine in February-I hope it's here by the dyno date...

The Marina Del Rey location isn't too far away, so count me in.

I didn't see the proposed date/time...

Actually, my mistake -- I think the Original Plan was to have SHIV come down and install them, Technik would just be doing the Dynoing.

Yeah, I thought that $140 for 6 runs and PROcede install sounded too good.
I'm happy Shiv installed mine.
I would just recommend you guys do it yourself or have Dan Harman do the install and dyno.

I'll be at Harman Motive on Wednesday April 11th at noon.
I will be redynoing my automatic PROcede 335i sedan (this time without crappy Mobil gas and with 2500+ miles on the car instead of 1200 the first time) to see if I picked up some more power.
But the real reason is so I can have him upload the v1.4 map into my PROcede and then redyno to see what the improvements are.
And finally, I will then pour in a few gallons of 100 octane to make 93 Octane (we only get 91 Octane here in CA...and it's crappy 91 Octane at that) too see what additional power the PROcede really gets for those of you who are lucky enough to be able to buy 93 Octane.

I know some might want to know the results so I will post them on this board. But if anybody is in the area, swing on by and say hello.
