Flickering? Well it is 100% normal for them to flicker when the car turns on - the car is doing a self test at that point to check to see if the exterior bulbs are working, so the flickering is just the test.

I have not heard of any other cases of the rings flickering :

I think I can visualize what 440 Lumen will be like...don't need to drive with zenons anymore. I'll buy a set of your Lux 2.0 when you all replace them. PM me if interested. I'm more interested in the white color (5000k) than the blue (7000k), but appreciate the additional brighness of the Lux 3.0. If you can make it at around 5000K at 440 lumen, then that would be special. Don't know if this is even possible.

they may have a slightly cooler (bluish) tint to them, I cant say for sure yet because i dont have the LED's

yeah, I know. just making a point they're going to be bright. Just for comparison, a 100 watt bulb may produce approx. 1750 Lumen. This can also be expressed in candlelight power, one candlepower = 12.57 lumens, such that a 100 watt bulb = 139 candlepower. I think the LEDs of interest here is 3 watt producing 100 lumen, correct?
