I ordered a retrofit rear cam for my 328i from http://www.bimmer-tech.net. Before I ordered it I had a tone of questions. The guys were very prompt with their responses to my emails. I ordered it on a Wednesday and recieved it on the following Monday. The camera came from Poland and I live in Georgia. It arrived much sooner than I expected it to. I had it installed and the guys at bimmertech did remote coding. It works great and I am very pleased with the camera and its lighting.I love how it works with my idrive. It shows a very clear picture even at night. The customer service was great

Anyone has any idea how to code a rear view camera for e90 with CCC (2006)?

I changed in
CAPPL
RVC to aktiv
but it stil doesn't work, I use this tutorial, but it works for CIC only I think

You will have to change the trunk handle and run a single cable from the tailgate to the dashboard where the camera module should be installed. It's around 4 hours of work.
