I'm still stuck here in Spain, but I am really looking forward to meeting up with you guys. The coding part sounds AWESOME as I am gonna get a JB someday. You guys are always up to something cant wait to get to WA. After I find a job out there I will always be comming to these events.

Dont suppose any of you guys are Xray or CT techs? If so tell me where to and not to work.........

Damn, first you live in Rota, then you work in Radiology?!? I work in the Radiology department at Harborview Medical Center, the #1 Trauma Center in the Northwest. I can probably help forward you some openings, I think I've seen a few. PM if you're interested!

Like, Tech route? (CT/Xray/MRI/Ultrasound) I've strongly considered going that route myself, either PIMA or BCC. If you dont mind blood/ patient contact, it looks like a pretty fun job. Sixshot should have a better perspective.

The one problem they're all facing is jobs though. I hear them talking all the time about the inflation of Radiology techs, and how most of them work Per-Diem, so they dont get full benefits.

I really like the work as an X-ray tech. It really suits ME, not all people are cut out for the job. People think that you don't have to deal blood and guts, or worse piss and shit. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I was doing a CT ABD/Pel with/without contrast (rectal of course) and the little lady said to me "I think a little leaked out".

"NP, I said I put a couple chucks behind you this sort of thing is normal don't be embarrassed. Can you continue?"

I don't know what it was, maybe the way she said she was ok or what ever but I thought it might be a good idea to go check on her. I walked around to the far side of the table and ended up flat on my back. I tried to catch my self as I fell and ended up with a hand full o shit.

That wasn't so bad well not compared to the shit on the back of my neck. Dude she completely BLEW ASS there was shit on the wall literally.

I looked down and there was a nicely formed turd on the ground.
