quick update on mine. lowered the car on eibach pro's. love the aggressive stance and that the front arch has disappeared.
since the pictures were taken the car has settled a bit and looks slightly lower. Bought matte black vinyl off fleebay for £14 and did the chrome exterior trim myself. had some vinyl left over and did the kidney grills as well really happy with the look of the car compared to when i first got it. Thanks mate. The chrome exterior isn't really hard, you just need to be patient with the material. i wrapped mine with the help of a mate. neither of us have done this before. i didn't use a heat gun, because i didn't have one but it can be done with out. my advice to your friend is have a friend help, cut your vinyl into strips (to the right size) and work your way from one side to the other. use a heat gun or hairdryer to fold the vinyl over where you can and use a blade to trim the vinyl down to keep it neat. its really not hard. i was contemplating plastidip but wasn't sure how durable it was with the folding roof (a lot of contact with the rear chrome panel.

cheers mate. Feels like I'm driving a totally different car. once changing from 17" and run flats to 19" and regular tyres, the ride quality definitely changed. With the regular tyres the car felt a little bit bouncy. With the eibachs the suspension has definitely firmed up and feels a lot better than before. Handling has also improved In my opinion. the car feels rooted to the ground, especially on turns at high speeds but I'm glad i didnt go for the h&r springs i think the drop on the eibachs is perfect (30mm front, 10-15 rear). would definitely recommend them.

I think the bumper cost me about £140 delivered off eBay. Then another £150 repaired and painted. Fitted it myself. Brackets to suit the m sport bumper that you need we're about £30 from my local dealer for the pair. Hope this helps. It is expensive though it's worth it.
