Walnut blasting in central Texas??? Anyone???

Reviving this thread as I am interested in doing it on my 328i. Any places that to walnut blasting in austin area?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but this is not necessary for 328i.
Only needed for FI cars like the 335i.

You are right. I did read about it after I posted this topic. Apparently the N54 engines are directed injected while the N52 engine in our cars are fuel injected through the valves. So the fuel itself cleans the valves and intake area.

Doesn't seem so... but we have an experienced technician who can help out in Houston for a great price (better than indy and dealer prices, trust me)

Join the FB group, you can't missed which person in particular that specializes in this. His price is around $350 or so. Initial is RP.

I'm going to get my done at German Car Specialists, formerly known at DBC Tuning on the NW side of SA. It's not as inexpensive as the deal in Houston but it does come with an oil change and I'm always happy to support a local indy.
