Ouch! I would have just PMed him....

Anyways, for those E90 owners who have to use their parking lights as DRL, although the ambers are on, you can solve that 'problem' with vinyl layovers and changing the blinker bulbs from amber to white/blue....if J levi has them, I'd recommend them (I bought my side marker LEDs from them and love them), but I am running PIAA just because they were in stock at a local store. That way, you run all white when you are running your new ICE angel eyes....it'd be worth your while to order the blinker bulbs with your angel eyes if Jlevi has them....if not....go PIAA.

is there a big difference between the standard output (3 watt) and the higher output (5 watt)? Is one significantly brighter?

I'm wondering if the 3 watt version is as bright as Lux 4.0 - I'm debating between the two right now.

Honestly, the standard output is already a huge improvement over stock. You will be very happy with the 3W and save a bit of cash that way.

Both are the same color temperature but the 5w will be slightly brighter.

So if I order the 3 watt version right now, what is the temperature on the LEDs? 6000K? 7000K?

also, does the Predator Ice blink during start-up (like other LED systems?)

They're around 6000K

It does blink during start up but after that won't blink any more. There is no way around that unfortunately.
