This is the specific packet I take. Specifically the "Sport" variant to consume in conjunction with my weight training.

Used to take GNC Mega Man "Joint", but it is overpriced and doesn't do any more than the MyTrition.
I always ask people what they are taking omega 3 for because of the newest study:

I've been under the impression that a lot of those natural omega pills and such haven't even truly been proven to provide any substantial benefit over the length of someone's life.

Unless someone can provide some scientific data I'd like to see that. I take a Centrum multi vitamin every day and vitamin D since my levels are generally low, but I don't feel any different.

Yeah you probably won't feel any different lol, it's not a magic formula.

However, I routinely deadlift and jump train, so I notice a difference in my joint integrity and muscle building qualities. The Omega 3's are just an addition to my supplement formula, and I've noticed a difference with my joints in that regard.

If you don't exercise regularly or lift heavily, then a multivitamin is just background insurance regarding your supplement intake.

Agreed, the take home message from the study is if you're taking omega 3 for heart health (which I'm sure you're not) you are wasting your money.

I just take the fish I catch at the lake and put them in a centrifuge, extract the natural oil, and drink it in front of their carcass.

That's cuz you aren't redneck enough. I take a straw to the beach and puncture that fish and drain it like a juice box. I like my Omega-3s with extra pulp.

I bet you stroke them to get the semen out first though. I only go for the ones with bellies full of eggs, so I take them out and lay em' in lines on a table and snort them to get the max Omega effect.

Yeah... I'm not topping that. You win the fish nastiness competition. *shudder*

Anyone remember that pink amoxicillin liquid? I could chug an entire gallon of that stuff for lunch. It is like the most intoxicating nectar from the gods!!!

Now I must search Bing to find out where I can purchase that mix sans the amoxicillin.

I think the funniest part is that plate has mushroom herb couscous, steamed green beans, and chipotle and roasted garlic marinated chicken tenders with fruit punch amino acids and cookies n cream protein shake. Couldn't be further from a Caribbean meal.
