Its illegal to put exhaust on your car in Switzerland? Or to remove secondary cats? We have a Catted section 1 option if that helps.

Unfortunately, it is not yet. However, we do have plans to build a quad and dual version for the E93. We've had an overwhelming response to our dual systems, and now quad systems and have been rushing to keep up with orders and building more to keep in stock, but should be able to get to work on the E93 versions of both very soon. Feel free to email me, and I can put your name on a list for the E93 and I'll contact you when any news of it is available.

Just got AE exhaust with high flow cats installed on friday and the car sounds awesome. I'm very happy with the sound of it. Great work Nick!

On a side note I have Riss Racing catless downpipes and had a totally catless system before. Exhaust doesn't smell anymore with high flow cats.

It's a bit more efforts and costs to get the AE exhaust legal in Switzerland. However, it should not be a problem ( with primary and secondary cats ).
