This makes me nervous as I am seeing charges on my CC up until the 9th and this is still not showing up. Yet, I have both a confirmation email and a receipt of purchase from Vishnu.

I have a CC charge of $187 on September 5th. Not sure why the amount is what it is but I am sure I will see it on the invoice. Perhaps I did select overnight shipping (which is fine). So hopefully I will be seeing it this week.

No offense, I know the guy is busy and all...but would it hurt to just drop a line with "information" in it?!

Put in prospective just how much dough we all dished out in a matter of minutes. At least some info would seem it worth while. Right now speculation is a complete waste of time.

I don't know, I have a feeling they had several hundred orders and to send each person an email would just take more time. I agree with you but I'd rather they keep building harnesses rather than email me about it...

I had my Mac with me, walked a block up and sure enough.

I ordered it right away and my credit card was charged that day and was emailed a confirmation email right away.

But again, I don't feel the need or want to install the thing immediately after getting it.
I just want to have it so I can install it when I'm ready.
The e-mail confirmation is what everyone gets immediately, but credit card charging is not.

They will charge late for overseas shipping, IMO. I also checked my cc account - no charging. The fees will be different for every destination.

Well I'm overseas and have been charged....

This is my bugbear...

I know I'm nowhere near the front of the queue....

Don't mind a holding deposit but was surprised the whole lot went through.

Of course I could just have been really lucky as I ordered 1.47 at the same time... Possible it's been shipped.

Would be great if so

Did everyone end up getting these upgrades and how well do they work?

be fair, it also produces more upper end hp and a smoother powerband. It does not however have the same kick in the pants at 3000 rpms that V1 has so it feels slower. People have been trapping 3-4mph faster in the 1/4 w/ V2 when compared to V1, that is pretty good.

As far as problems, it has some, not many. More user error than anything. I thank god have had no issues w/ mine.

I think O-Cha's sig says it all, when it comes to his responses. Yes, everyone running V2 has each one of those features, and as you will find, just about everyone, with the exception of O-cha and a few salty others are enjoying the upgrades.

And whose fault was that?

Besides it's the truth, V2 was supposed to bring 360hp on 91 octane. I haven't seen anyone even come close to reproducing that.

I have however seen dyno after dyno that are nearly equivalent to V1.

We should try and compile all V2 dynos done so far and see how the numbers compare to V1...

I know. most people are dynoing at 330whp.

personally, i think the helix attache is going to kick serious V2 ass.

Off topic, but I too believe that the Attache will set the new standard for complex piggybacks...

The only thing V2 has is the ability to upgrade via the computer the new maps that come out vs Helix and other tuning companies...I like the fact that this function is able to be done by the user and not having to send the unit back to upgrade the tune or maps....As for power and performance I dunno, but the first reason alone will make me stay with the Procede, even with all its inherent problems!!!
