eat small things throughout the day ...eat small breakfast, eat small snack like granola or something, eat lunch, eat dinner...eat another small snack

i drink like 6-7 bottles of water a day too...

on the weekends i eat whatever i want

i used to eat whatever i want everyday....then around age 22 my metabolism left me for someone else
