i've worked at this company for only 3 weeks so far.. do you think it's too soon to ask about a promotion? he said there was going to be many positions opened in the next few weeks and said he's open to going in and talking to him about the openings..

i think i can do what's being asked for one of the position..

Technically it's too soon, but ask anyway. I think it shows your drive to do better for the company. Even if they don't give it to you, they'll know your interest in climbing the ladder.

so guys i just met mote....cool guy..but i think i corrupted him...one quick drive in the jb2 3er and hes hooked..
