That, or you can create a .zip folder and paste a copy of the log inside the folder. I prefer that way so I can see the log on my phone

If you have an android you can download the app "office suite" and it includes a CSV document viewer/spreadsheet tool then just save the .zip and it will ask if you want to view the documents

I don't know if it's possible on an iPhone.

Looks like you never went WOT. Just grab a log of a 2nd or 3rd gear pull from 2Krpms to 6.5rpms.

Just purchased a 2008 335i and I live in UT where we are at roughly 5000 ft elevation, and we get a premium octane of 91. I just installed the AFE dual intake and now want to do the "best map" for the Cobb. I know it'll be a stage one map, but which map should I run for maximum power and excitement.....

Assuming it's good 91 then you should be good with the stage 1 sport map

All, can I kindly ask you to take a look at my datalog. This is E30 OTS mapping with about ~8 galls 93 to ~4 gallons of e85. There are no codes and the car feels like a beast in 2nd gear but in 3rd between 3500 and about 4500, something odd happens; the car becomes a bit jerky and then returns. This is the 3rd gear pull... To me, everything looks fine but the car doesn't feel good across the entire powerband.

You'll want to record TPS Act. in order to see the throttle closures, but I'm sure that's what's going on because your mean boost is way above your requested boost from 3650 to 4300. Then, you'll have to dial down WGDC by using MAF and the boost setpoint in the affected areas, so remember to record MAF Req, too.

Also, the symptom of jerkiness sounds like a throttle closure. I had the same thing before I tuned it out.

thank you... timing and fuel look ok though? I wish cobb let me log more than just those items at once.

You're welcome.

Yeah, it is a little frustrating when you can only record so many items at once.

The trims look a little high to me, but I don't think they're in danger territory. You can reduce them some by upping the fuel scalar. You have a couple minor timing corrections, but probably nothing to worry about too much. If those corrections show up in every log you do, then you should probably decrease timing a little in those regions. It helps to do multiple runs because timing corrections can randomly come and go.

Edit: Most people try to keep the LTFT in the +/- 5% region.

You're having some severe overboosting and i have a feeling that may be atleast part of the cause of the timing corrections. You should take care the overboost and then see how the timng corrections look.

Yeah, do you have ATR? You need to log TPS and MAF Req, then we can try to help you tune out those overboosts and see if that helps with the timing corrections like Aenema said.

Anyone ever answer this - I am almost certain it does as I did an uninstall/re-install and wow is the car much better?
I couldn't find it through searches - can someone confirm?
