don't mean to stir the pot, but as an independant opinion
who had strongly comtemplated buying procede at one time and still may buy in the future ( i currently have another tune):

regarding the 2 above points:
point 1 above:
it is obvious that o-cha is a very knowledgable consumer, very helpful to forum members, and quite bright
(even if he is mad as hell at you guys)
it is also obvious you and dustin are quite bright

so if both of these currently opposite spectrums are quite intellegent,
can't someone identify and solve this "beef" or whatever it is?
..again, i am unbiased opinion since i currently do not have procede and have nothing to gain per se.

...but unless the circumstances are totally unreasonable, 30 years of business experience tells me the customer is always right.
also, taking this customer is right position (even if u percieve it as slightly unjust) is ultimately more profitable and productive.

point 2 above:
many of us have the UR downpipes already for quite a while; it is the riss group buy buyers that do not.

kindly refrain from flaming me, i have nothing really to gain, and just thought i would think out loud.

just my 2 cents

For those that think that v2 has "less TQ," I've got to wonder if they're running on 91 octane and 90% (or less?) TQ Curve settings? I think Shiv has been quoted as saying that when running on 93 octane and the TQ Curve bumped up to 94% (which is where I'm at), it's about equal to the TQ found in v1.47. v2 certainly has way more HP than v1.47, and at 94%, it's got to be a fairly similar level of TQ as well...anyway, it feels like it me.

Everything is running perfect.... Shiv did the install made a quick adjustment for 3-4 redline shifts (lower boost at redline prior to shift. I have the newest Progman and an AT) and everything is going as advertised.....

Came from an SSTT which I liked but wow this is so complete and smooth. I recently changed from TQ settings of 90% to 92% on 91 OCT. Just waiting for it to adapted and hopefully everything will continue to be golden.

Cheers!

love my V2 to pieces..

I think this forum only EVER talks about the bad things not the 1000,000 Brilliant experiences people have had with this piece of kit.

No problems whatsoever with my V2. So much smoother than V1. Great job Vishnu.

Whenever the DP maps come out, I'll install my DP's and cat delete pipe. No rush right now anyway. God knows everyone wants to race me, yet no one here save for the corvettes that have as much interest as I do about racing, can pose any challenge anyway.

No problems here either...

I haven't been on a dyno yet, but with no mods except V2 and 95 octane, I must be making a little power to be trapping 111.10mph in the 1/4 mile...

Shiv,

Is 92% on 91 octane okay? I dont have a boost gauge. Can I data log it with my laptop connected? Will the logging show me the max boost hit during the run? If this is correct what boost should I make sure to stay under.

Thanks

haha, seriously! But yeah, just wanted to chime in and say that v2 has been problem free thus far. Although I must admit that the first time around, I ran into a minor issue and had a bit of a scare. However, after I brought it their attention, they responded in a timely manner(a day or two, maybe not within the hour but still respectable) and offered their support. After all was said and done, everything works perfectly and I really couldn't ask for a smoother level of service.

Yeah, just do your 3rd gear & 4th gear pulls to redline and datalog them. Disregard the spikes at throttle closure. Your first indication that it's NOT ok will be a LIMP mode LOL!!!!

Whats the difference? A slower car will get the ass kicked and a faster car than ours will get the ass licked. Not many cars can do this unless you are Stevie Wonder.
