BTW.... What do you think I should do about my rear tires? I went by a tire place 2 days ago and had them measure out the tread depth. 7/32 on the outside and 3/32 on the insides. I pm'ed the guy who sold um to me and basically said he needed to work something out with me (aka give me back some of my money) so I can pay for new rears since in the FS thread he put down they had like 70% tread left and forgot to mention he had worn down the insides of the rears severely. Oh yeah, he hasn't gotten back to me but he was active last night... so he's probably avoiding me.

If I replaced just the rears with matching tires it'd be like $600. Or I could replace all 4 with Generals for about $700 or Yoko S.Drives for about $800 (which is ideally what I'd like to do).

I just don't think even if I sell all 4 of the tires I'll have enough $ to buy new stuff... plus I'd like to stay with the 245/275 combo but it only makes everything even more expensive.

Do you think I need to go as far as doing some Paypal dispute shit or should I just shut up and try and sell them and eat the cost?

see my problem with going paypal is what if it ends up being I get a full refund and have to send them back? I can't just take everything off my car and ship it back... I'd be driving on my brake rotors, ya know?

You are not going to be able to do much through the forums themselves. You could try PayPal or if you paid with a credit card or your bank account you can contact them. I would contact your CC or Bank just for the hell of it, explain the situation to them (false add) and see what they suggest. I am not sure you will be able to do anything short of a full return/refund though.

I'll call paypal and see what they say... I know in the past they've done partial refunds.

no fuck eatting the cost. I think if u keep trying to contact him then after a reasonable time he doesn't answer. then contact paypal. if he does contact u let him know what's up and give him a fair amount of money that he should give you back. and save all the PM if need be.
