who did you pm? marke90 is the owner/mod who is the easiest to get a hold of, if not you can ask a vendor to message them for you and they will get back to you even faster

Assuming after tax means you have a roth 401k election, take that for sure. You pay your taxes on the money today and won't pay taxes on it or the growth when you take it out (assuming you hold it until the required age or some other exemption under IRS code).
