I know there are three nomination forms in. We can talk about it privately if you like. Let me say that the three kind of scare me. But I've built a good thing here. I've held the assessments for 5 out of 6 years, funded the reserves fully, we have no debt, even with the foreclosures we stay within budget and there is a good foundation. It's time to walk away I think. Not 100% there yet, but 90% sure at this time. If I were comfortable with the incoming nominations I'd be 100%.
