I got fkd at the end of every project as well...they just gave me like a *bonus* which was SHIT....for all the hours i put in...

i myself, am moving on and searching broski

haha that sucks, hey could be worse, i am at the top pay at my job, there is no performance reviews with raises, or bonus's, just same pay til we negotiate a new union contract, and even then we are talking about pennies an hour increase

BULLSHITTTTT! A BONUS!!!! F THAT! Then your salary stays the same and you move nowhere as far as pay rate goes! How does that help you beyond money in the bank for the moment? I am telling them I want raise and commission based on the projects we are awarded!!! If not I am out!

i am doing my best in searching for a new career bro..
im fed up...but what am I suppose to do for now? market is bad @ the moment...
Salary wise I am OK with...but they promise me raises and other incentatives....BS!
