-SSTT is nice, give it some WOT pulls in the first day or two and itll be good to go
-m3 spoiler is nice, simple, tasteful IMO
-cf trim interior wrap you can do (like me) but we just have to tear it off when we return the car (unless your dealer requests you leave it on....if you did a great job you never know...sometimes they do)...itll wash off easily though since its just with 3m adhesive
-window trim, same thing, its vinyl, so you can tear it off and wipe clean
-exhaust, as long as you're not cutting, youre fine, when you bring the car back, just put all the stock parts back on.
-stick to bolt ons, but avoid your dealer, its time to start paying for your own oil changes to avoid the face time
-oem bmw parts they do not care about (front lip etc)
-bolt ons you can get: (FMIC, easy bolt on, dealer wont see it unless you get the logo printed on it, downpipes (dealer will see....but they are bolton/off...just no more free maintenance and if you have a warranty claim you have to remove them...find a nice shop (coughA&Lcough), DV's, dealer will see....

so yup..just be sure anything you do, is easy to take off, and you're all good

honestly, after having done the procede install once...its easy, no joke..im amazed and I was deathly afraid. The pnp harness is very very clean. then again, I build computers, so in comparison it was a cakewalk

or you can do what I'm doing... keep your car after the lease (no inspection) or just sell your car right before the lease is up

ehhhh, maybe but not always. I got a good rate so I don't mind it if I buy her in the end (though if the economy is still shitty I might think twice as I'll be getting raped on the residual).

Thanks for the advice Alex. I honestly was not planning on keeping the car after the lease. A couple of reasons. One, I don't ever want a payment this high again. Two, who knows where I will be at that stage of my life. The biggest reason is that the new 3 series will be out, if not shortly, after I turn in the car. I might re-lease the car for another year. Anyone know how much the payments would drop after that? Not specific but I would think they would change a decent amount.

in my experience it is almost never worth releasing, or buying out the car, so any mods you do, just be sure you can take them off and its all good

the payment will not decrease due to the depreciation theyll kick in for you in the calculation...

I want to do something similar to this, but I want to take the center lower grill out completely and leave it out. I saw a picture of one on here not to long ago and it looked killer being able to see the IC.

Yeah, rocks are the only thing that concern me. Looks damn good though, even with the OEM IC.

I'm guessing Bens is the favorite right now, Jays might be a bit more spacious (remember he has a king sized bed guys) and Alex's shop would be hella close for me but lets see if Alex can hook something up for us, if not we can let Ben and Jay decide whos house they wanna do it at.
