My computer keeps restarting upon Window loading screen. I can't run in safe mode and i've tested my hard drive and it was fine.

Do you have any foreign usb objects plugged in? Did you do a windows update and this happened? Installed new software? When it restarts does it always do it at the same point, and does it restart even if you run safe mode?
