Been about 3 months at it hardcore..walking 5 miles a day and completely changed my diet, 2 meals a day (low calorie) and watch everything i eat, no snacking and drinking just water!

lol i'm far from anyones life coach bro... my diabetes was a bit out of hand and i was just allowing myself to get too damn big. lots of salads, grilled chicken, lunch i eat healthy choice soup or believe it or not pb&j on whole wheat bread. it's all workin for me so i can't gripe. i wrestled in high school so i'm used to dropping weight and sticking to what i do so cheating doesn't happen!
