so you pretty much have a meal a lunch and dinner huh?? i gotta do this man i been trying to do this earlier in the year and then the gym was annoying lol... im gonna keep doing 3 mile runs and then ill take the dog for a walk later in the day... so just salad grilled chicken... what else hahah

well mtech already flares out a little bit on the sides... i am not 100% gonna do that but i would like to see it in person... i def wanna go OEM LCI Spoiler instead of the ones i got... i can probably sell it to the dude that lives near me that JACKED MY COLOR (too bad hes got the single turbo hahahahahahahahah)

thats it bro i just keep consistent with it.... not looking to get too small on my frame i think i'll be content at about 210 and hit the gym to tone up/build some muscle!

i was for a bit but just using reg stuff now... i have very lil carbs or sugar in my diet and haven't eliminated but cut my diabetes meds in half so i use the reg stuff so i get some sugar in my system!

eggzactly what i was thinking as well... everyone is like you cant just do running u gotta do other stuff and im like i want to drop the weight first then add muscle not add muscle to fat haha

yeah even jerry suggested i go this route.... i'm gonna keep at it and see where it takes me. also in the last week i've started to jog part of my walk, i'm jogging like a mile of it at this point and hopefully i can continue to build up!!
