How the Vikes showed up yesterday was completely unacceptable and hopefully not a catalyst for removing any confidence we have moving forward. Dallas's defense looked so good and their d lines and o lines just simply won....the whole game. I wonder if there are any stats that are credible that show a correlation between winning a game in dramatic fashion, expending so much emotional and physical energy, and then showing up flat the next game. My perception is that it might be related but my own analysis is a sample size of 2: Vikes getting destroyed by the Eagles in the 2017 championship game, the game after the Minneapolis miracle, and then winning that crazy game against the Bills last week then getting pummeled by Dallas yesterday. Maybe it's a thing, or maybe I'm making it up to feel better.

The big positive of yesterday though is that I didn't have to stress in the final few minutes of the game worrying if we would win or not; that was made clear by the 2nd quarter so thanks Dallas for that.

Philly barely squeaked by Indy yesterday. They also have the leagues least strength of schedule overall. Are they a good team? Absolutely.

OBJ to the Giants wouldn’t make sense. They don’t have the cap space and even him joining the Giants on a discount, he alone couldn’t help the WR core on his own. They lost yet another receiver to injury and this team is about to spiral into oblivion.

Lock it up, they’ll get mopped by the Cowboys and the Giants still have to face the Eagles twice, along with the Washington Commodores (won’t be easy like Sunday morning).

Giants have to play mistake free football to win games:

No dropped passes
No penalties that negate big drives/TD’s (ineligible receiver, etc…)

I don’t know why the media keeps harping that OBJ would be their savior when he alone wouldn’t do much for them. He’ll be double teamed and they just don’t have playmakers at the position to negate those double teams. Schoen/Daboll know that the WR position should be a major priority during the draft and FA.

With six games left, I don’t see where they’ll win 3 games to solidify their position for the playoffs. It was fun while it lasted.
