Alot of people got sent to the far entrance. That's why we got separated.

obviously these "invisible" performance mods aren't so invisible to the dealerships, especially when the corporate bigwigs are ordering techs to snoop and find out piggyback/flashes, etc...

it's like a mad witchhunt....
i wouldn't be surprised if corporate is somehow rewarding SA's and techs with some sort of incentive to search out these "modified" cars.

I was at new century earlier, inquiring about some exhaust tips, and the guy behind the parts counter got all crazy "if you cut into the exhaust system any way to put these on, your WHOLE warranty will be voided..." give me a break man

last time i called NC BMW parts for euro light switch price....the guy went nuts and said "its ILLEGAL in the US"....GTFO!!!

Dood.. he is the ULTIMATE F1 FREAK...

The guy has over 20 or 30 F1 models... the ones that Mattel put out. He recently bought a Michael Schumacher model with BBS wheels and a Marlboro sticker (because you can't find them with the Marlboro sticker because Mattel won't put cigarette sponsors on their cars)... and a Raikkonen one too. They were like $130 each.

He's lucky that for the other 20 or 30, I got them for like $20 or less because I used to work at Mattel.
