Oil and filter replace. 1st one. Feels good. Just used the ecstuning oem oil change kit for like $75. Curse the last technicians who tightened the drain plug bolt. Was on with the force of a thousand gorillas. Might try to find a cheaper alternative oil from like wal-mart next time. Still though beats $200 + tax at the dealer. Not sure why the 335i oil change is like $80 more than a 328i but that's what the SA quoted me. A coupon would've saved me $25 which was kinda weak.

Went to BMW dealership to get a Vehicle Condition Report on the car and also bought VRSF downpipes.

Cleaned my rear pads trying to remove the squeak. Installed carbon fibre badges and marked up aluminium pedals to be drilled tomorrow. Then greased up the convertible roof, all my window seals and a waterless wash and wax.

Installed my M3 style spoiler. Not today, but a couple weeks ago! I'll color match it eventually, or get a CF Performance spoiler. It's currently space grey on my TiAg and surprisingly looks good lol.

Not today, but last week:

Had the oil pan replaced... it had rusted through, where the oil level sensor goes in, and was leaking pretty badly. When I got the price of a new one, I about hit the floor: $700.00 just for the pan (then you have to buy the one-use aluminum bolts and gasket as well)!!! I found a used one for $250.00. I was expecting some kind of fancy alloy unit, but when I saw it, it's just a stamped steel pan, much like you'd find on a small block Chevy engine... how they can justify charging $700.00 for that is beyond me.

New Matte Black Grille. My hatred for the chrome grill ran deep. Looks a lot cleaner I think.

Replaced the front and rear passenger door clasps. No more chipping! (for now)

Up next is swapping the chipped front passenger pull strap

Amazing job on the fogs, what products did you use? My old headlights need a sand.

Installed Cobb V3 Stage 1 Sport setting this morning. All I can say is Wow! I thought the car was zippy before, however, now my reference point has changed.

No joke? The acidity of toothpaste on plastic is quite genius.

Try it, you'll be surprised. Plus they're minty fresh when you lick 'em afterwards.

It does take some time, and elbow grease... but the fine pumice does a great job. Don't use a brush, because that will scratch them. Rise and repeat until you get the result you want.

I used mothers headlight restore kit. It takes some time to get it perfect but the results are definitely worth the effort.

Good choice on the Cool Carbon package. That's what I plan to use when the time comes.
