Tonight we're having filet mignon, red potatoes roasted in duck fat, and fresh green beans. We'll have a Caesar salad if there's any room left.

The beverage is a 2018 Alexander Valley Silver Oak Cab. That's a splurge due to the beef having come from Bolander Farm in Russellville, Ohio.

Last night we had tacos (SOFT, warm corn tortillas) with Rachera and some other meat grilled on BBQ. Accompanied with queso fresco, ripe avo that fell off the tree during the day, and salsa the wife made.

I must have been good this weekend, the salsa wasn't very spicy (meaning the wife wasn't mad at me)

Slow cooked lamb with crispy onions on white eggplant purée with cream of smoked feta, crispy potato cube, and purée of eggplant, cinnamon and onions.

Dessert - truffles on chocolate crumbs, compliments of the chef.
