thanks man! i've been reading up on the installation instructions and i'm having a hell of a time figuring out how everything works. hopefully when the intake arrives i can get a friend who's not mechanically declined to help me lol.

it turned out that the shipping notice was sent to my other email, which my paypal account is attached to. i checked the tracking and it said it was shipped out yesterday. talk about awesome customer service! the last time i ordered something for my car was my wheels, and despite iforged promising me 6 weeks, i ended up getting them on the 20th week lol. rixster ftw!

i couldn't wait so i installed it in less than 30 minutes. would've been faster but i dropped my tool and i couldn't find it for 5 minutes!

The throttle response is fantastic. The difference is not speed based, but when I say up top increase in power, I mean RPM. So all gears should be better on the top side. The stock car tends to flop a bit at high rpms, and this helps significantly to reduce that.

It is hard to tell. I think not knowing will negate the placebo effect. Just drive it hard for a day and then draw an opinion.

The powerband seems to have broadened since I installed Vishnus intake (Same as the BMS one)

yup, going to uninstall it when I get home and return it.

BMS and all filters will do the same. less power in low revs, a lot of power in the higher revs. I like power down low so i'll be switching back.

Quality product for sure though, just not for me.

switching to a more restrictive intake setup will not get you "power down low". If you feel you lost power, then your car is not done adapting to the new air. Most users say that it takes 2-3 days before they feel the full results.

maybe i'm reading this wrong, but doesn't your dyno chart show less power until you get to 2700 revs?
