Just wanted to add to the praise for Irv...

He has helped me out quite a bit with obtaining vehicle histories for the pre-owned BMW's I have been looking for.

He is incredibly responsive and has been so very helpful in assisting me.

Well, a few pages ago on this topic I posted my awesome preliminary dealings with Irv. Nothing has changed. He's the best.

I just got home from my May 4th ED of my Montego Blue 335xi. The trip was awesome. Everything that Irv did was TOP NOTCH. He knows his stuff about BMW and ED (unlike my local dealers). He's a pleasure to talk to - whether it's working out the logistics of the sale - or reminiscing about my trip already. I'm hoping for a mid/late-June re-delivery.

I've already passed Irv's info to several friends who are considering ED. I recommend Irv without reservation. What a pleasurable negotiation, lease and ED experience.

I hope to have my trip story and pics posted here (and on Irv's site) in the near future.

I posted in the past how Irv helped me out on a problem that I was having with my CA prior to my European Delivery ( I live in Los Angeles so I could not purchase from him). Well, I am again having problems with my CA (a long post for another day after my cars are redelivered) and once again, Irv is trying to help me out. I have absolutely no relationship with Irv other than the fact he is becoming a friend , he is making no money from a car sale and yet, he is doing whatever it takes to make me happy. What can I say. I hope all of you can experience how great Irv is. As I said in the past, if this is the way he treats a "non-client" then his clients are truly lucky indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey folks - I have just completed my E93 335 purchase with Irv. We did a European Delivery on it and were in fact the first people to pick one up on ED in Europe early on the morning of April 2nd. We completed the re-delivery in Chicago on Monday night. Irv has been truly amazing - he does exactly what he promises, offers a great deal, amazing customer service and knows the cars and the ED process better than anyone else I have talked to. This was my first ED and my first BMW so I was totally clueless, but Irv helped and guided me through the process. I will go back to him for any future car I buy, and hopefully if the wife allows another ED. I am also reccomending him to all my friends and co-workers here in Cincinnati.

He's a great laid back guy. He does not pressure for a sale, even though I met him last summer and told him that I won't be buying until this year.

He was always on top of things, got the ball rolling in January for a May ED. By February I already had my production number, and everything went smooth from there. Had a great 2 week vacation through Europe in May, now I'm anxiously waiting for the redelivery.

Yet another rave for Irv. He's made the purchase process as smooth and easy as possible. No pressure on the sale, responsive to inquiries and very accomodating for changes to the order.

We took European Delivery a week ago and are now waiting to do Performance Center Delivery. Irv has been on top of the process from day one. Its amazing what a difference a knowledgeable adviser makes. His organizational skills must be top notch as he is able to keep up with the boards and handle a large number of clients, but he makes each client feel as if they are number one.

I won't meet Irv in person, but I know he will be available to assist me any way he can.

Honestly, I don't know how he does it. I spoke with him and he said that he got really busy after the articles published in WSJ and Yahoo, so I knew he was busy before, but now... I can't even imagine how busy he must be.
