step 2) staple/nail mats in place - be careful of hands/fingers step 3) step back and look at ur handy work step 4) realise it looks incredibly crap step 5) remove staples/nails step 6) wipe away tears as now u have holes in ur mats and it looks really shit step 7) vow never to listen to astra's DIY tips again optional step 8) plot revenge

Moving car mats IS annoying.. but my ride now has velcro + a plug that fits into a hole in the mat
In efforts to try and steer this back to the Aero vs M-sport.. i'd go with the Aero for sure.. and ditch the woodgrain. Man the countdown begins until we go down to Melb and see it in the flesh! |

Haha I'm taking it someone's got some wood in their car?
I don't actually mind the black wood.. but you know the traditional wood grain.. i'm not a fan but it's just a matter of personal preference |

You know the poplar grain grey doesn't look too bad coz it's a kind of dark understated colour. I think it looks sporty and classy at the same time so I got it for my 335. BTW my floor mats also move. It's so annoying. Also, I reckon the AERO kit looks awesome except the rear lip needs to be slightly larger- not much but more than just a thin piece of plastic.

docbeemer - is the poplar grey completely black unless there is a bright light shining on it?
i am not sure what my wood is, but i think it is individual... is the poplar grey like this? (i haven't seen it in person...)
