Jason probably didn't reply because he is trying to get in contact with Carlos before committing to anything. I'd still remain patient re: Trendix (in fact I am, I am waiting for grilles), but it is weird that Carlos has not PM'd or posted to at least say he is working on it. Everyone has a recourse though, since all payments are via credit card or paypal.

I see that Carlos is still online and is last active this morning. I was about to make a $1,500 purchase, but he didn't replied to my PM at all.
I want to hear how this is getting resolved, I see it as a major problem as well and isn't fair to the folks here. |

If its been more than 20 days you cant file a paypal dispute. You have to contact the credit card company you used or your bank ect. or contact paypal by phone.

Paypal said if they have a number of claims on an account that account will be flagged and everyone will get their money back.

Well not only that, but if a business exceeds 1% charge backs on their VISA/MC account they will suspend the account, meaning no credit card ability (which essentially screws an online business).
I've spoken with Carlos (last week) and he seems like a stand up guy, so hopefully this will be resolved soon and to everyone's satisfaction. He may have had a family emergency or something (let's hope not). |

you (we) can always just cancel the dispute and not escalade it up to a claim if Carlo intervenes, but just file a dispute in case nothing happens

Wow I am so glad that everyone is so concerned with my personal well being instead of the delayed shipment of their parts.......
First off I will apologize to everyone which have not received their products yet. Secondly, everyone that has filed a dispute or made a claim with their credit cards will get their refund and I will have UPS reroute the delivery. If you receive the product already please have UPS send it back. Everyone else who are still waiting will be getting their products later this week or early of next. We will also be giving all those of you who have patiently waited a $100 discount towards a later purchase with us. Simply put there are no excuses for us but I am a one person operation with part-time help. Had issues with UPS then got into a car accident. I asked my part-time guy to help with some of the issues on the forums but he said he did not know where to start. There are quite a few PM, emails, and voicemails which I will deal with one by one so if you haven't gotten anything yet it's not because I don't care but simply because I am swamped. I am sorry to have cause any inconvenince to anyone and understand if you want a refund. Carlos |

Hopefully all is well in your personal life and I do think people are always quick to judge and react but a lot of this could have been alleviated with just a few posts or some more communication....when everyone is left in the dark they assume the worse....I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and will wait for my shipment within a week or so.....thanks..
