I noticed that you use a picture of my car and magmd's car on your E92kit site ... I am not sure what the rules are but I personally would like the picture removed as soon as possible. The kit on my car is BMW OEM and not your product. Also My license plate is in the photo. Please do not use the picture without permission. Thanks!

I see that it is flattery, but I think the things that bugs me is they took the pic and posted without asking? The whole license plate thing bugs me as well

They are selling E90 M Kits which as I understand their own product. I would think that they would advertise "their product" and not a OEM BMW M Kit ...

I am peeved that they took my pic and used it without permission. I noticed that they took a lot of pics from this site maybe and are using it to push their products. That to me is not right. It's one thing to sell replica or like product, but it is another to use OEM pics to advertise their replica.

I am venting a little here. I am flattered they used that shot, it is really one of the best shots of my car. But they are gaining or profitting off my picture and they never got permission to use it. If my car had their kit and they used my pic, whole other story.

the pics are removed. i dont think his intentions were to use u as advertisement puck, it was just a nice panoramic shot, i think he found them off the e90post banner. yours was the only "member's" car that he used. either way theyre gone now.
