Recently - ordered a part from another Tuning site - and after 10 days of my order status not changing - I contacted them.. They then took 48 more hours to reply only to tell me that the part I ordered was "sold out." If they had bothered to check their system and respond - I could have gotten my part, but while I sat in limbo - the supposedly sold out of the now discontinued part.

So I email Jason - and guess what?- Tischer has the part and have shipped it.

You guys are true professionals and have no problems shipping to my military address.

I dont have Facebook or twitter - cause of my work, but maybe I can get an entry by posting this here..

I've ordered from you guys 22 times over the last few years. The only issue (if you can even call it that) I ever remember having was a profile gasket that got ever so slightly damaged in shipping. You overnighted me a replacement at no charge.

Every single order has been 100% correct, no wrong items, no pieces missing, ever.

The thing that separates you the most is having Jason and Evan so publicly available on forums, by email, and IM. Both of you guys have helped me so many times with presales questions to make sure I'm buying the correct part, and you've been spot on every single time.

There's only one minor improvement I can think of to suggest, and that would be adding the ability to see part numbers in your order summary or shopping cart. I'm guessing that's part of trademotion though and probably can't be edited.

Credit where it's due, I seriously rate you guys up there with amazon as far as how much extra you do to take care of the customer first.

Half my BMW comes from Tischer from large parts such as performance suspension and M3 suspension components, to the Msport steering wheel, shifter, carpets, light bulbs dead pedal, the list goes on. That alone speaks for itself. Even when I bombard Jason on Aim with back to back to back to back questions, or harass Evan via PM for part numbers, these guys are alway helpful and quickly answer all inquiries. The same can't be said for a lot others. All that to say

Just wanted to share my two cents on Jason & Evan at TischerBMW. A few years back, Evan helped me out on AIM with sourcing parts to replace my interior trim, and a short shift kit on my 2008 E92 335i. This past week, Jason helped me with another order, this time for a new i-drive controller and center console trim.

I have to say, there was a small part missing when my order arrived, the frame for the new controller, and Jason was already aware of the issue and shipped the missing part to me overnight with no charge for shipping.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Its a pleasure doing business with them.
