Had the same issue. Do you mind sharing the hose type and vendor?

McMaster-Carr wont ship to Canada. Spoke to a few vendors but they were charging 3 times what you could get it for south of the border.

Honestly, get someone to buy and ship that hose to you. It's the best. I bought a $20 3ft spectre flex hose from the autoparts store and it won't do the trick.
